This little video shows one of my favourite ‘full body’ exercises – I’ve found it one of the most effective ways to release stiff and painful backs by yourself. You’ll feel that it also mobilises the arch of the foot and is great for getting shoulders moving: I often teach this for issues there too... A perfect example of the connective chains of muscles across the body, and how we can maintain elasticity through regular movement. Give it a try - I recommend doing the before and after test, feel the difference for yourself!!
